PATNA: Bihar’s deputy chief minister Tajashwi Prasad Yadav today warned of severe action against firebrand VHP leader Praveen Pravin Togadia if he tried to create communal disturbances in the state.
Togadia who is the international working president of the Hindutva outfit is currently on his visit to Bihar to participate in the two-day meeting of the VHP starting today.
“We will take serious action against him if he tried to disturb communal harmony by speaking along communal lines,” warned Yadav who is son of RJD president Lalu Prasad.
Stating that the government was keeping a close watch on his activities, Yadav said none would be allowed to disturb peace and communal amity in the state.
“There are several important issues plaguing the nation which deserve debate but there are some people who love to create disturbances,” he added.
