UP poll outcome has shattered Nitish’s PM dream, says Union minister Kushwaha

PATNA: Union minister and Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) president Upendra Kushawaha said that Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar is shocked and shattered after the massive victory of the BJP in the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls.

“BJP victory in UP has shattered the prime ministerial dream of Nitish Kumar forever,” Kushwaha told the media on Sunday.

Kushwaha refused to comment over the BJP’s appointing a hardcore Hindutva face as the UP chief minister but hoped he would prove his capability.

Strangely, Kushwaha had demanded appointment of a backward leader as the chief minister of UP.
