As the House assembled for the day, the angry BJP members stood up from their seat and shouted slogans, seeking dismissal of the minister for his misconduct.
The ruling JD-U headed by the chief minister Nitish Kumar too disapproved of such comments against the PM.
“Indecent comments against the Prime Minister are totally unfair,” the CM told the media.
Mastan is accused of passing indecent remarks against the PM and also urging the people to beat the photograph of the PM with shoes.
The minister reportedly made these comments at his party rally held in Purnia last week to protest against the Centre’s demonetization drive.
