According to reports, the party will leave rest of the seats for the Congress, with which an alliance is expected to be announced on Friday.
The inclusion of Shivpal Yadav in the list signifies reconciliation between Akhilesh and his father Mulayam Singh Yadav as they fought over control over the party in an unprecedented family feud.
Earlier this week the Election Commission recognised Akhilesh Yadav as the party’s President and gave him the right to use the the party’s cycle symbol rejecting his father’s claim.
