PATNA: “Tulsidasji Pranam” was all she could write when asked to pen an essay on great Hindu-poet-saint, reformer and philosopher during her re-assessment test at the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) office yesterday.
Yes, we are talking about Ruby Rai, the infamous arts topper in Bihar intermediate examination better known giving a new definition to the Political Science. Right now, she is in police custody.

The experts encouraged her to write more on this topics but she looked uninterested, leaving the entire page blank.

Then, she was asked to write an essay on cow but she didn’t even write the word correctly.
Let aside the essays, she dint even write the correct spellings of “Roll Number” and “Roll Code” which she was asked to write on a paper to test her knowledge.
“I don’t know English, sir, and can’t even write “Two” in English,” she reportedly told her interviewers, leading to the cancellation of her result and also her arrest on the charges of fraud and cheating.

“Her answer shocked the entire panel and everyone was left wondering how this girl had topped in the examination,” an official was quoted as saying in a local newspaper today.
Strangely, it was this girl whose botched interview and the knowledge about political science which she pronounced as “Prodikal Science” had sparked off a series of investigation into what was later known as “Bihar topper scandal”.
