RANCHI: Three dreaded Maoists were killed in a gun-battle between rival camps in Jharkhand on Friday, police said.
The bodies of the Maoists were today recovered from Sitachua village under Mohammadganj police station early today.

During the course of search operation, the police also arrested a wounded Maoist and recovered six firearms form the possession of the dead rebels.
One of the Maoists killed in the gun-battle has been identified as Ajay Yadav, zonal commander, who was carrying a reward of Rs 25 lakh (Rs 2.5 million) on his head.
Police believe the rebels were killed in gun-fights between the rival groups.
