PATNA: In an interesting development, senior BJP leader and Bihar’s deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi has not been included in the list of party’s star campaigners for assembly elections in Jharkhand, triggering various speculations.
The BJP today released the list of party’s 40 star campaigners but Sushil Kumar Modi’s name remains missing from the list.
Strangely, several junior colleagues of Modi from Bihar have been given the place in the list. They include—Nand Kishore Yadav, Nityanand Rai, Mangal Pandey and party’s new entrants like Ravi Kishna and Manoj Tiwari.
The list of 40 star campaigners include—Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, BL Santosh, Raghubar Das, Yogi Adityanath, Arjun Munda, Prahlad Joshi, Ravishankar Prasad, Dharmendra Pradhan, MA Naqvi, Smriti Irani, Arun Singh, Juel Oraon, Keshav Prasad Maurya, Arjun Ram Meghvai, Nityanand Rai, Om Prakash Mathur, Saudan Singh, Nand Kishore Yadav, Manoj Tiwari, Sunny Deol, Ravi Kishan, Laxman Gilua, BD Ram, Ram Vichar Netam, Sudarshan Bhagat, Samir Oraon, Kadia Munda, Dharmpal Singh, Deepak Prakash, Sunil Singh, Annpurna Devi, Sanjay Seth, Ravindra Rai, Mangal Pandey, Dr Mahendra Singh and Aditya Sahu.
