Yadav who hails from Lalu Prasad’s RJD is accused of raping a school girl at his residence in February this year.

The order comes a month after the Bihar government moved the apex court, challenging the bail granted to Yadav by the Patna High Court.

Earlier, the victim had apprehended threats to her life when Yadav came out on bail last month and urged the media persons to convey her concerns to the chief minister.
