The dismissal order was issued by the state government on Wednesday.
The sacked cops who were undergoing training at a police camp in Banka had gone to a nearby Jharkhand town on April 7 without obtaining any prior permission from their boss and had consumed alcohol in a local hotel.
They were also accused of assaulting hotel staffs under the influence of alcohol.
The Bihar government has also dismissed seven cops for extorting money from people by planting liquor bottles in their cars.
Under the new excise law passed by the Bihar government, consumption, storing and manufacturing of liquor have been declared a serious offence.
Taking advance of this law, the cops are now accused of extorting money from the innocent people in the state.
