Scared Patna residents rest under mosquito nets as dengue strikes hard


Residents in Patna, the capital of Bihar state, have been living under panic as the dengue  has struck the areas hard. Patna has reported a total of 1,016 dengue cases so far after heavy rains flooded many parts of the state capital.

Panicky residents are now using mosquito nets to keep the flying insects away. The state capital of Patna has reported more than 250 cases of dengue in the past three days itself. Keeping in view the sensitivity of the situation, the health department has launched variety of measures to check spread of dengue.
