SC orders for registering case against Lalu’s son after being spotted with murder accused
PATNA: Bihar health minister Tej Pratap Padav, an ardent Krishna bhakt, seems in for a big trouble.
The Supreme Court while responding to a petition filed by Asha Ranjan, wife of a slain journalist Rajdeo Ranjan, has ordered for registration of a case against the minister for allegedly hatching murder conspiracy with a criminal, according to reports published in local media today.

The court will hear the case on April 21, reports said.
Tej Pratap, son of RJD president Lalu Prasad, had been spotted in a photograph with a criminal wanted in murder of the journalist.
In the photograph which went viral in the social media, the alleged shooter who was declared an absconder was seen offering a bouquet to the health minister.
The minister, however, has rejected his closeness with the alleged shooter saying “More than a thousand people come to meet me every day. Is it possible to recognize everyone?”
According to the police, Kaif played a prime conspirator in the sensational murder of Journalist Rajdeo Ranjan. He later surrendered in the court after the police mounted pressures for his arrest.
