PATNA: The Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) president Upendra Kushwaha today suspended party MP Arun Kumar and state lawmaker Lalan Paswan for anti-party activities, according to reports in local media.
The party leadership also expelled former party general secretary Binod Kushwaha for similar reasons.

The action was taken at a meeting of the party held at the residence of Upendra Kushwaha in New Delhi.
At the meeting the party’s disciplinary committee chairman Ram Kumar Sharma recommended suspension of the dissident leaders from the party after which all were thrown out, reports said.
The action comes two days after the dissident faction of the party led by Kumar removed Kushwaha from the president’s post and appointed the former as the new chief.
The RLSP which is a constituent of the NDA has three parliamentarians and two legislators. The party has its base only in Bihar.
Kushwaha who heads the party is a minister in the Narendra Modi government at the centre.
