Shimla: Shimla and few other parts of Himachal Pradesh remained cut-off by road from rest of the state for the third consecutive day on Monday because of heavy snowfall, reports said.

The season’s first snowfall that started on the night of January 6 has thrown normal life out of gear, disrupting road traffic and snapping power.
