Lahore: A professor was shot dead by unknown attackers in Pakistan’s Lahore city on Tuesday, media reports said.
The deceased has been identified as Professor Rao Altaf Hussain. The victim was working at Government College of Science in Lahore.

The victim was returning home after dropping off his son to school when attackers opened fire on his car, killing him on the spot, Dawn News reported.
Police have begun investigation in the matter.
