“I have said that Modi is an extremist and there should be no hopes attached to him,” Geo News quoted Bilawal as saying while he addressed a PPP rally on Sunday.
He also said that Modi blamed Pakistan to divert attention from atrocities being committed in occupied Kashmir.
Relationship between India and Pakistan deteriorated in recent times since militant attack in Uri town of Jammu and Kashmir left at least 19 jawans killed.
India has blamed Pakistan for the attack.
