PATNA: Class 12 Bihar Board topper in Arts, Ruby Rai who brought much embarrassment to the government through her lack of basic knowledge has now given a new definition to the Political Science.
“Political science is a subject which is studied by those in the field of politics,” was how she told her interviewers when they asked her to define this subject.

Earlier she had said the political science is all about cooking and even failed to correctly pronounce this subject which she spelt as “Prodikal Science” in her interview to a television news channel, leading to unearthing of the mega merit scam.
She was declared a topper in arts stream in this year examination conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board.
She had appeared from Vishun Rai College in Vaishali of which Baccha Rai was the principal.
Right now, all the important protagonists in the toppers scandals, such as college principal Rai, ex BSEB chairman Lalkeshwar Prasad, his wife Usha Sinha and the topper herself are in police custody.
