Patient gang-raped on way to hospital in Bihar, probe on

PATNA: A woman in Bihar was allegedly gang-raped while waiting for her treatment at a government hospital.

The woman, a resident of Bihta block in Patna had come to Sadar hospital in Bhojpur district when she was allegedly gang-raped for two successive days, according to media reports.

Reports said the victim was waiting for treatment at the hospital on Wednesday when some youths lured her, took her in an ambulance and then gang-raped at a secluded place.

The very next day, some youths again forcibly took her to a room and allegedly gang-raped her while she was at the hospital.

In this connection, the victim has registered a case with the Town police station in Bhojpur district today.

As per reports, the victim was married to a youth from this district and had been living alone for quite some.
