Both the leaders had questioned their relations in public during their rally against Srijan scam held in Bhagalpur town last week.
They had asked as to why the chief minister stays in the house of a particular person instead of Circuit House whenever he visits Bhagalpur.
The complainant, however, says both he and the chief minister are college-day friends and enjoys very good relations.
