The development came after Te Pratap, elder son of RJD president Lalu Prasad, was spotted in a photograph with a criminal Md Kaif wanted in murder of the journalist.

In the photograph which went viral in the social media, the alleged shooter who was declared an absconder was seen offering a bouquet to the health minister.
