PATNA: RJD chief Lalu Prasad has announced to hold a massive rally of anti-BJP parties in August this year to present a “show of unity” ahead of the next 2019 Lo Sabha polls.
“I will hold a massive rally of anti-BJP forces to bring them on a single platform to give a united fight to the ‘communal forces’ in the next LS polls,” Prasad announced shortly after inaugurating the party’s three-day training camp in Rajgir on Tuesday.

According him, he will extend invites to leaders like Sonia Gandhi, Nitish Kumar, Miss Mamata Banerjee, Akhilesh Yadav, Navin Patnaik and others at the rally to be held in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan.
The move is being described as the exercise by the RJD chief to take credit for uniting ant-BJP forces.
The announcement comes amid chief minister Nitish Kumar having already initiated the exercise to bring the scattered secular groups together to unitedly take on the BJP.
