PATNA: RJD president Lalu Prasad today said the burning flame of ‘lantern’ would not get put out even by mighty storm.
Lantern is the election symbol of the RJD which has not returned to power in Bihar after a full decade.

“Kitna bhi toofan kyon na aaye, lalten bujhanewala nahin hai,” Prasad told a function in Patna oraganised to mark the 20th foundation day of the RJD here today as the workers cheered.
He said he would continue fighting for reservation till then a single drop of blood is left in his body.
“Reservation is our right and none can take it away,” he thundered and asked the masses to be united.
He accused the BJP of dividing the society along caste and communal lines, and cautioned the masses against its evil designs.
Further, he asked his fellow caste men, Yadavs, to supply milk to every Muslim home for the upcoming Eid festival.
He said he was not aware about his exact date of birth.
“Problems continue troubling me. Had I been aware about me real date of birth I would have offered prayers to propitiate the deities”, he observed.
