Police have begun investigation into the matter. “We are investigating who has pasted this poster and when this was done,” a local police official Sanjay Kumar was quoting as telling a local Hindi news channel.

The development does not augur well for Bihar, already home to Indian Mujahideen terrorists. Quite many IM terrorists have been caught from Bihar in recent months.

The IM terrorists were also behind serial blasts during a BJP rally in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan and Bodh Gaya in 2013.
