Kabul: Islamic State militants have abducted 13 seminary teachers in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, media reports said.
Local authorities told Khaama Press that the incident took place in Haska Mina district after a group of ISIS militants stormed a religious school in Deh Bala area.
