Army don’t speak, they show valour

PATNA: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reiterated the culprits of Uri attacks wouldn’t go unpunished saying there is wide anger over the incident in the country.

Addressing the nation through his “Mann Ki Baat”, he said he had full faith in the Army who will neutarlise every sinister design of enemy through their brave acts.

“Sena bolti nahin hia. Sena prakram karati hai (Army don’t speak, they speak through their valour),” he said.

He said peace, unity are goodwill could alone solve our problems.

He said the people of Kashmir were adopting the path of peace and progress and added the onus of protecting the Kashmiri people lies with the government of India.

“Parents in Kashmir want schools and colleges to start working. Business and commerce should normalize for which the process has started,” he added.

This was the 24th edition of his monthly radio programme “Mann Ki Baat” aired on the All India Radio (AIR).
