The Association people have so far met the Governor, the chief minister and the Bihar Assembly Speaker in support of their demand but failed to get reprieve till date.
Kumar along with four other relatives was arrested last month from Hazaribag town in Jharkhand by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the question paper leak of a clerical exam.
