PATNA: Renowned mathematician Anand Kumar who has earned world-wide acclaims for transforming the life of hundreds of unprivileged children through his free coaching institute “Super 30” has got an invite from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in US to join their open online initiative for teaching mathematics.
“We would be delighted to explore how we might be able to work together by taking your ‘Super 30’ content onto our platform. Edx is trying to accomplish goals similar to yours by providing opportunity and leveling the educational playing field for millions of students in India and around the world,” MIT professor Anant Agarwal has written to Kumar, according to a PTI report.

Kumar said it was an honour that the reputed global institutions like MIT were taking not of his initiative.
“Super 30” has helped fulfill the IIT dreams of the poor and unprivileged children through its unique free coaching initiative.
In the past 14 years since this institute came into being, Super 30 has helped more than 325 unprivileged children qualify the prestigious IIT tests.
