PATNA: At least eight people were killed after an auto-rickshaw collided with a speeding truck in Bihar today.
The incident took place near Rudauli village under Musarigharari police station in Samastipur district.

Reports said the auto carrying the victims was on way to Musarigharari from Samastipur when it collided head-on with the speeding truck.
While three died on the spot, remaining succumbed to the injuries in course of treatment.
Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar expressed grief over the incident and announced a compensation of Rs4 lakh to each victim family.
