“She is studying very hard these days as she wants to prove her merit before the world. She wants to prove it in the next exam,” a woman staff in his security was quoted as saying in the local media today.
According to her, she wakes up quite early in the morning and soon gets engrossed in study. Right now, she is said to be focusing on Mathematics and English.
“She has developed a strange fancy for study now. She remains engrossed in learning her subjects all the time and frequently consults the warden whenever she feels any difficulty,” the security staff added.
Ruby hit the headlines when she failed to properly pronounce Political Science which she spelt as “Prodikal Science” in her interview to a television news channel, leading to unearthing of the mega merit scam.
She had also said Political Science is all about cooking.
Ruby who had appeared at the Class 12 exam from Vishun Rai College brought further embarrassment to the state when she could write an essay on Tulsi Das.
“Tulsidasji Pranam” was all she could write when asked to a write an essay on Hindu-poet-saint, reformer and philosopher during her re-assessment test at the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) last month.
Initially, she was sent to jail but after finding that she is a minor, the court ordered the authorities to send him to remand home. Last fortnight, a juvenile court in Patna denied her bail.
