Another road rage incident in Bihar: Youth shot for not giving pass to motorcyclist

PATNA: In another incident of road rage, a youth was shot today for not giving pass to two motorcycle-borne criminals in Bihar.

The horrible incident took place in Mithanpura locality of Muzaffarpur district today.

Reports said the victim identified as Anil Paswan was going on his cycle somewhere when a motorcyclist sought pass.

He failed to oblige initially owing to traffic on the road but gave it the pass a little later.

Reports said after finally overtaking the youth and going a little farther, the angry the motorcyclist came back to him and engaged in altercation before firing at him from a close, wounding Paswan critically.

He was immediately rushed to a local private nursing home where his condition is stated to be critical.

Last week, a teenager Aditya Sachdeva was shot dead by the son of a JD-U legislator Manorama Devi after he dared to overtake his car in Gaya district, triggering waves of protests across the state.

Right now, entire family of JD-U legislator, including Devi herself, son Rocky Yadav and husband Bindi Yadav are in jail connection with the road rage case.
