7.4-magnititute earthquake rocks New Zealand, triggers mass panic

Christchurch: An earthquake measuring 7.4 on the Richter Scale hit New Zealand on Sunday, as per the USGS website.

As per the website, the earthquake hit 53km North-East of Amberley.
